Rather than going through training because workers are required to, they must have a positive attitude in doing so. You as the employer must help workers know the importance of correct training. Let them realize that they can injure or kill not just themselves, but other people, if they make mistakes. It is up to you to make sure that all your staff undertake training seriously.
