Pneumatic tires are able to grip rough surfaces well as they have rubber tread and are air-filled.
Other Considerations
Any lift truck used on a continual basis must be inspected at the completion of each shift, based on OSHA guidelines. The tires must be inspected again for any indication of damage, such as wear or cuts.
